Yoga in the Park

A full workout to balance body, mind and spirit.

Start the weekend outdoors amongst nature and actively participate in a full body workout with breathing techniques, sequences and relaxation.

The stretching will benefit cyclists and sports enthusiasts.

When: Saturday’s, 7:15am – 8:15am

Meeting Point: behind Bracken Ridge Library, near the car park

Requirements: yoga mat and insect repellent
